Terms and Conditions of Service
1Refund and Exchange Policy
After funds are added to the system or a product is purchased, our team cannot refund cash or exchange for other products in any case.
2Usage Risk (ID Bans)
Using helper programs always carries the risk of account suspension (ID ban) for that game. The developer and seller are not responsible for any damages, banned accounts, or in-game assets. Users must accept these risks themselves.
3In case the program closes or becomes permanently unusable
If the program becomes unusable in the future for any reason (including if the developer stops updating or cannot fix the program to make it usable again), the team cannot refund remaining rental or service fees.
4Game Updates and Force Majeure (Patch Update)
If a game updates its system, patches, or changes its Anti-Cheat system, causing the program to temporarily become unusable, this period is considered force majeure. The shop will not compensate time, refund, or extend the program's lifespan (unless specifically announced as a special case by the shop).
5Technical and Device Limitations
Buyers are responsible for checking and preparing their computer/smartphone systems to meet the program's requirements. The team is not responsible and will not refund if the program becomes unusable due to the user's operating system, device, or personal antivirus/security software.
6Device Locking and Key Sharing (HWID Lock)
Usage rights (Key/ID) are locked to a single device (HWID Lock). Sharing keys, allowing others to use them jointly, or reselling/renting them is strictly prohibited.
7Account and Key Security
Users must keep their keys, accounts, and passwords confidential. If damage occurs, keys are lost, or they are stolen by others, the shop is not responsible for issuing new keys or providing any compensation.
8Prohibition on Modifying the Program
Users must not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify the program's code and files under any circumstances. If detected, usage rights will be revoked immediately, and legal action will be taken to the fullest extent.
9Etiquette and Behavior in Service
Users must communicate with the team using polite language. Swearing, threats, discrediting, or causing disturbances in our social groups are prohibited. If such behavior is found, the team reserves the right to cancel keys, ban IDs, and remove users from support groups immediately without refund.
10Changes to Terms
The team reserves the right to change policies, terms, and service agreements without prior notice.
